Transfer of Business from Rooster Technology Limited to Rooster Financial Services Limited.
With effect from 30th March 2022 (‘the Transfer Date’), Rooster’s insurance business will be transferred to Rooster Financial Services Limited. All policy administration on policies with inception dates prior to the Transfer Date will be handled by Rooster Financial Services Limited from the Transfer Date. Quotations issued by Rooster Technology Limited prior to the Transfer Date with a validity date on or after the Transfer Date will be honoured by Rooster Financial Services Limited. Any instructions to incept or alter any Rooster insurance product on or after the Transfer Date will be administered by Rooster Financial Services Limited. With effect from the Transfer Date, Rooster Financial Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number: 954466)
